We are almost two weeks away from the kickoff of Carolina Indie Fest on Friday, Sept 20th at 5pm and we have GOT to introduce you to Bombadil. This folk rock band out of Durham has been around since 2007 in a few different iterations and you're going to wonder why you haven't heard them already (you probably have!)
With 8 full length albums to their name it is difficult to choose a single song to introduce them to you. I've selected this song, despite it being over a decade old, due to the video and production quality. There are many many more Bombadil songs - some will certainly strike a chord with you moreso than this one - but this song does demonstrate that some aspects of their music, such as thoughtful lyrics and light tone, are everpresent.
Enjoy Bombadil when they take the stage to close out Carolina Indie Fest at 8pm on Saturday, Sept 21st.
